Bangalore welcomes Dunkin' Donuts and More

Jubilant FoodWorks, master franchise for Dunkin' Donuts, the world's leading donuts, baked goods and coffee chain made a grand entry into the South India market with its launch in Bengaluru on 11th September 2014 with a swanky new restaurant at the Mota Royal Arcade, ground floor on Brigade Road, right in the heart of the city.

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd CEO Ajay Kaul with a career spanning 25 years said, "After making an excellent connect with the young adult consumers in Delhi and Mumbai, we are excited to start our south journey with our Bengaluru launch."

Dunkin' Donut opened their 36th outlet in India. Adding to it Ajay said, "We plan to steadily expand through the year across North, West and South India. With the evolution of the young adult Indian consumer, we feel very confident that Dunkin' Donuts will resonate very strongly with its unique positioning in the Indian food service industry".

Bangalore has historically had an appreciation for an evolved international vocabulary in food.

Speaking at the launch, Dev Amritesh, President and COO, Dunkin' Donuts India said, "We tell our customers, 'Come to Dunkin' and 'Get your Mojo back'. Our signature products such as the Tough Guy Burger, Wicked Wrap, stirr'accino coffee, Alive by chocolate donut, spiked iced tea etc. do just that, "put the MOJO back into our consumers."

Restaurant is designed keeping in mind with the motto. Conversational restaurant design to our signature products to the chilled out experience, everything is crafted around the evolved urban young adult consumers.

It was an awesome time speaking to these people on the launch and munching on some donuts, burger and iced tea for lunch.

The evening was followed by a social gathering which was by invite. The outlet was opened to public from 13th September 2014.

Few people from the city were gathered to celebrate the launch of Dunkin' Donuts and also got a chance to get their Mojo back. Live music was also played to entertain the guest.

Look through the pictures to know how I along with my other friend's got our Mojo back.
