Style Studio - a new feather in Van Heusen's hat

With lots of festival and sale around, people have been shopping a lot and getting themselves tired with the entire trial room changing process but still they go through the pain to get their desired outfit for their special occasion. I was invited to the Brand New Retail Experience, at Indiranagar, Bangalore, when Van Heusen, showcased a New Avatar to help one unlock their personality, with an end to end industry solution to transform the shopping experience to a new level. This was the first time I experienced this type of apparel shopping.


To develop this store, the brand has worked with partners like FITCH – Singapore and Experiential Design Lab – Delhi. This new apparel shopping experience which I experienced is backed with a new fit system which makes it easy for consumers to personalize their style, fit and shop seamlessly across all touch points. Van Heusen bridges the online and offline retail paradigms in the fashion segment. Creating a seamless omni-channel retail solution gets the best of both the universes – convenience and variety of virtual and online retail with the touch & feel, try & decide experience of physical and offline retail.





The brand recently reinvented its business model to launch MYFIT, an innovative solution for customer compromises around fit, size and style – a first-of-its-kind offline-online integrated solution. Going through the Style Studio, I was very impressed with this new technology. Trial of clothes without actually to have them on, trial rooms with different light settings of night club, day light to know how you would look in that lighting, getting the size measurement done without someone taking them, helping you to decide what to buy, Style Pro's to My fit station.
